The apartment usually holds 1-2 people. The house is located in the business center of the city, near Stanley Park, a shopping and entertainment infrastructure. Before school from it is about 10 - 15 minutes of driving. Apartments are offered to students who study at school for 4 or more weeks. The minimum age for this type of accommodation is 18 years.
