Students receive full-board accommodation with three meals a day at one of two residences, Loring Hall or Surrey House. Rooms are cleaned free of charge once a week, and paid laundry facilities are available on site. The campus has a dining area and a café. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free, lactose-free, and pork-free menus can be arranged when requested at least two weeks in advance. The extracurricular program at Alpadia London City combines sports and excursions. Sports sessions include football, handball, baseball, dodgeball, frisbee, and other team games.

The excursion program includes visits to Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, the Tower of London and Tower Bridge, Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park, the British Museum, the Science Museum, the Natural History Museum, Greenwich and the National Maritime Museum, Camden Town, Trafalgar Square, the West End, Spitalfields Market, Oxford Street, Canary Wharf, Regent's Park, and Leicester Square. On weekends, students can join full-day excursions to Brighton, Oxford, and Cambridge.

Evening activities run from 20:00 to 22:00, and lights-out is at 22:30.

Alpadia London City accepts students aged 14–17 at all English levels, from beginner to advanced. Students take a placement test on arrival so that they can be assigned to the appropriate class.

Entry requirements include an Electronic Travel Authorization for all students traveling to the UK. The authorization costs GBP 16 and is valid for two years. Without it, travelers will not be allowed to enter the country. Non-EEA citizens studying for up to six months must also have a visitor visa issued in their home country.

The required records in the Alpadia Student Portal include parental consent, authorization for free time, health information, a copy of medical insurance, emergency contact details, acceptance of the camp rules, and travel details.
