Middle Classes

Every summer, Ecole Nouvelle de la Suisse Romande Lausanne conducts professional summer camp programs for children and adolescents from 9 to 18 years old. Kindergarten

- The term of study is three years.
Studying in kindergarten is organized according to the French-English Montessori program. Montessori pedagogy contributes to the all-round development of the child, respecting the rhythm and individuality of each of them. The curriculum includes the study of the basics of English and French, writing, mathematics, graphics, environment, art and psychomotor skills. The learning process is based on a game that promotes communication between children and adults, the development of motor skills and speaking.
The kindergarten is open from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Children are given the opportunity to attend classes throughout the week or only in the morning. If the child attends classes in the morning, then the price of the program is 80% of the declared one.
Primary school

Primary school students are taught in a bilingual environment with equal use of French and English. Starting from the fourth grade, a third language, German, is added to the curriculum.
The program is based on natural sciences and humanities, mathematics, arts and physical education. During studies, students are allowed to use a computer, tablet and multimedia tools to search for information, create projects and team work on research. Classes are conducted in the format of communication between the teacher and students: setting the topic and the main question, finding a solution to the problem and voicing theories. Students have the opportunity to express their opinions, constructively challenge and argue their opinions, while friendliness and mutual respect always reign in the classroom.
Foreign students of the fourth grade gradually begin to prepare for the Cambridge exams in English. They will need knowledge for further education, and the certificate will help them move to the middle classes and study in the older ones.
Ski camp

Since its inception, the institution has made sports one of the main areas of study. Ski camps, which are organized every winter, provide children of primary and middle, high school with the opportunity to try themselves in this sport.
- Ski camp for primary school
It is held in Saanenmozero. 42 children between the ages of 7 and 9 from any institution – not just ENSR – are admitted to the classes. They are offered skiing lessons and other winter activities during the day under the guidance of professionals. Participants of the ski course are divided into groups of six people so that teachers can give care and attention to each of the pupils.
The cost of the program includes accommodation and meals, transport, ski pass, ski lessons and all activities.
- Ski camp for middle and high school students
It organizes classes in the ski resort of Leysen. With a maximum capacity of 80 people, this camp is open to students in grades 5 to 12, that is, between the ages of 10 and 18. The program offers all-day skiing lessons for all levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced and competition preparation).
Participants in this snow camp will be divided into groups of no more than 10 students.
The camp is also open to students who do not attend the Ecole Nouvelle. The course price includes meals, accommodation, transportation, ski pass, ski lessons, evening activities and round-the-clock supervision.
Windsurfing Camp
