The Cyprus International Institute of Management is a business school with campuses located in Nicosia and Limassol.
The main goal of teachers is not to give students the maximum amount of knowledge, but to teach them to think. The educational institution is famous for innovative programs. Students and teachers are allowed to apply unproven theories and concepts in real practice. Classes take the form of role-playing games, simulations, research, exercises, etc.
The university is a member of the Association for the Development of University Business Schools and the European Foundation for Management Development. Through participation in international exchange programs, the University of Cyprus carries out the learning process by both full-time teachers and visiting teachers from Harvard, Cambridge, Oxford and other major universities in Europe.
