Bell St. Albans Summer Language School reviews

Yvette P.

I have a bilingual family, so I have been studying foreign languages (French and English) from the very childhood. Last year I went to the English camp Bell St. Albans School (actually, to learn English) and I can leave a response.

What I liked:

  • a lot of guys from all over the world, it is interesting to communicate with international students, listen to their stories.
  • very nice and bright classes. Even if you did not get enough sleep - everything is so lively, so you quickly get into the working pace.
  • many interesting excursions. It's organized perfectly: most often we were traveled by buses with cheerful guides.
  • located near London - again, most of the trips were in London

What I would like to change (not that I would be unhappy, but there is much to strive for):

  • shared bathrooms: there are many girls, and in the mornings sometimes had to wait for 10 minutes (private bathrooms would be super)
  • my groupmates were younger than me: I was the only 16-year-old student, and the remaining 14-15 years. Again, it is uncritical, but it took time for a friendly grinding. On the other hand, the level of our English proficiency was equal, so it was not boring.

The disadvantages, of course, are much less than the pros. I managed to travel to different countries, schools and camps, and a trip to Bell St. Albans School was definitely one of the best. If you do not need a strict program of preparation for the university, and you want to slightly tighten up English and have a good time - just recommend it.

Hello! in June I plan to send my daughter to a summer language camp in England for 2 weeks, age 13 years. Orient me at the cost, including accommodation, training, flight and visas.
Irina, good afternoon! Thank you for contacting us, we also sent a response to the email, we will be happy to consult in detail. We are the official representatives of most of the educational institutions posted on our website. Our services for enrolling in programs in partner schools are free for our clients, we also do not charge an additional fee for the selection of the program. The cost of summer programs usually includes package cost, i.е. both training and accommodation with meals, as well as entertainment and sightseeing program (if there are surcharges, they are listed in a separate section). For example, according to the program on this page, only an additional payment is required. collecting 95 pounds. The cost of the flight depends on the selected dates of the program. On our website at the link you can see the prices of air tickets for the dates of interest, and at the link you can see information on the visa to England, the consular fee at the moment is about 140 dollars. At will, we can help on all issues. I will be glad to answer the questions and help with the selection and registration of the relevant program.
