Classes in English traditionally take place in the first half of the day (15 lessons each week, 1 lesson = 60 minutes) in small groups of up to 10 people. In addition, students can continue to practice English and after dinner, communicating through the Emerald Chat Zone.
As part of this program, students will combine English lessons with training under the guidance of real professionals of Milan football club. The main goal of this course is to enable young players to improve the technique of the game, gain new knowledge and adopt tactical experience from real world-class professionals.
The daily routine of the program is as follows: in the first half the children study English (15 hours a week), then they have lunch, after which they are taken to a special site for football training (10 hours a week). The rest of the events are held according to the general plan (excursions, recreational activities and so on).
On this program, young students will be able not only to improve their English, but also to gain invaluable experience with professional coaches of the club "Leinster Rugby". Just like in the football club, before lunch the students study English (15 hours a week) and then go to rugby training (10 hours with professional coaches Leinster Rugby Club).
In sports classes, eminent mentors will work with the guys basic skills necessary for playing rugby: passing, fighting, grabbing, positioning, team play and so on.
During the summer school at the Emerald Cultural Institute in the school Alexandra College offers two options for young students: a school residence and an Irish host family.
In the first case, students are accommodated in dormitory rooms for 3-4 people. There is everything necessary for each of the guests: a bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers for personal belongings and a table for classes. Each room also has a private bathroom. When staying at the residence, students eat on a full board in the school cafeteria or in a cafe on the campus. This option will help you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere and color of this amazing country, and also during the whole training to practice the language, communicating with the carriers. A separate room is provided for the guests of the host family, and meals are organized on half board - that is, students will always wait for breakfast and dinner, and they can eat in the school cafeteria or in public catering establishments near the campus.

The Alexandra College boarding school is located in the Milltown district of Southern Dublin, with only 10 minutes to the city center by tram.
