The branch was established in 2007 in the village of Inozemtsevo in the city of Zheleznovodsk.

The learning process includes a course of lectures and seminars, practical and laboratory classes, educational and pre-diploma practice.

The educational process is organized in the following departments:

• Pedagogy and Psychology,
• Historical and philological disciplines,
• Humanities and socio-economic disciplines.

The branch conducts research activities in the following areas:

• Preschool education,
• Teaching in primary grades,

The university provides nonresident full-time students with 2 dormitories for 25 places.

For meals for students and staff, the university has a canteen for 150 seats.

To involve students in social and scientific activities, the university organizes and takes part in the following events:

• Visit to the ethno-rock performance "From Nekrasov to Nekrasov",
• Open lesson on "Fundamentals of Life Safety",
• All-Russian Youth Forum "Mashuk".

The educational process takes place on the basis of two educational campuses, equipped with classrooms for lectures, seminars and practical classes. The classrooms are equipped with modern technology: projectors, screens and computers.

Students are given free access to the educational library with a reading room for 50 seats.

For sports, the branch has an open stadium of a wide profile with elements of an obstacle course.

In the branch, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).
