The educational institution was founded in 1999 in the city of Voronezh.

The learning process includes a course of lectures and seminars, practical and laboratory classes, educational and pre-diploma practice.

The educational process takes place in one educational building, equipped with classrooms for lectures and seminars, practical classes. The classrooms are equipped with the necessary modern equipment: computers, TVs and audio systems. The premises of the practices have specialized equipment:

Students are given free access to the study library with a reading room.

For sports, the branch provides a gym.

In the Voronezh branch of SUMRF, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each of them, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).
