The education process takes place in 6 educational buildings, equipped with classrooms for lectures and seminars, practical and laboratory classes. The classrooms are equipped with the necessary modern equipment: projectors, screens, computers, audio and video equipment.
Students are given unlimited access to two educational libraries with reading rooms for 100 seats.

At PSUTI, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each of them, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).
