The Vladimir branch of RUC was established on May 28, 1998.

The learning process includes:

• a course of lectures and seminars,
• practical exercises,
• passage of educational, industrial and pre-diploma practices.

The educational process is organized at the Department of Modern Education.

For meals for students and employees of the Vladimir branch of the RUC, a canteen for 100 seats is equipped.

To involve students in social and scientific activities, the Vladimir branch of the RUC organizes and takes part in the following events:

• Innovative Journalism Competition,
• International University Sports Festival,
• Competition "Team of Young Leaders",
• Competition of entrepreneurial ideas "Business workshop of social entrepreneurship: from business ideas to solving social problems",
• International Competition of Scientific Works of the Digital Science Platform,
• Youth Tourist Festival "Vladimir Trail",
• All-Russian Youth Educational Forum "Amur".

The educational activities of the Vladimir branch of the RUC are carried out in one educational and administrative building. The building houses lecture halls, practical rooms and laboratories, classrooms are equipped with modern computer and multimedia equipment, there is also portable equipment: laptops, projectors, audio speakers.

Students are given free access to the library with a reading room for 40 seats.

For sports, the Branch has:

In the Vladimir branch of the RUC, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and in August).

For admission to the Vladimir branch of the RUC, you must provide:

• Proof of identity, citizenship,
• State-recognized certificate of education and qualifications,
• SNILS (if any),
• Confirmation of individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account when admitting.
