The Ural Stock Market Institute is one of the oldest private universities in the Ural region, founded in 1993 and to this day is a modern unique educational institution that provides eduaction for specialists with higher economic education and in-depth knowledge of the specifics of the Russian financial market.

- a document on education issued by an organization whose purpose is to prepare minors for military or other public service (if any);
- a document confirming individual achievements;
- two photographs (for persons entering the eduaction on the basis of the results of entrance examinations conducted by the Institute independently).
Admission time for undergraduate programs:
- the beginning of the reception of the application and documents attached to it - April 4;
- completion of the reception of documents for applicants with the passage of entrance tests conducted by the institute independently - October 22;

Persons with education of the appropriate level, confirmed by a document on secondary, secondary vocational or higher education and qualifications, are allowed to study.
Admission to the Institute takes place on a competitive basis: for bachelor's programs (except for persons eligible for admission without entrance tests) according to the results of the Unified State Exam, which are equated to the result of entrance tests, and (or) on the basis of the results of entrance examinations conducted by ANO HE "UIFR" independently.

- Unified State Exam: mathematics – 27, social studies – 42, Russian language – 36 (as well as history – 32 for applicants of secondary general education);
- Entrance tests conducted by the Institute independently: "Information Technologies in Professional Activities" - 40, "Finance, Money Circulation and Credit" - 45, Russian Language - 40 (for applicants of secondary vocational, higher level of education); "Informatics and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)" - 40 (for applicants of the secondary general level of education).
2. Management:
- Unified State Exam: mathematics – 27, social studies – 42, Russian language – 36 (as well as a foreign language – 22 and geography – 37 for applicants of the secondary general level of education);
- Entrance tests conducted by the Institute independently: "Information Technologies in Professional Activities" - 40, "Management" - 45, Russian language - 40 (for applicants of secondary professional, higher level of education).
