Summer English Course

The Summer English course — is a great opportunity to improve reading, writing, listening and speaking skills, develop conversational speech and replenish vocabulary, learn a lot about the culture and history of Ireland. The program takes place on the University of Galway campus, where students have everything they need: modern classrooms, comfortable residence, any infrastructure for leisure.

The educational course includes 40 English lessons, almost daily campus events, several excursions in the region and the opportunity to spend three days in Dublin. All time spent in the summer camp will positively affect students' confidence in using English — they regularly use their knowledge in communication with native speakers, strengthening their progress and motivation to learn English further.

University of Galway (Galway & Dublin) Summer Camp — an international summer camp offering a seasonal English language learning program. The course is designed for students with any level of skill, from 10 to 20 years old.

Educational process is organized on the campus of one of Ireland's most popular universities — University of Galway. Its infrastructure is used not only for conducting English lessons but also for various leisure activities that await students in their free time. The educational course provides comfortable accommodation in a university residence and a number of exciting excursions to see the sights of the region. These and other advantages of the summer camp will allow foreign students to gain valuable academic experience, improve their level of English, meet and make friends with representatives of different nationalities and countries.

Educational process

The summer program is built on a communicative approach to learning English. Classes take place in the morning and cover all core language skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing. Activities University of Galway Summer Camp

The summer program offers students not only intensive language improvement but also exploration of attractions, study of the country's culture and customs, entertainment activities for getting to know classmates and acquiring new skills. Outside of class hours, students can expect daytime and evening events on campus: themed games, culinary and creative workshops, sports activities, parties, talent shows and much more. Educational staff organize excursions weekly — the program curriculum includes three full-day trips and four tours lasting several hours (half day).

Admission dates and extra charges

The educational course runs from the end of June to mid-August, has several start dates and the opportunity to choose a suitable study duration — 2-3 weeks. The schedule consists of morning English lessons, daytime and evening entertainment activities, and excursions.
