ANO HE "University at mpa EurAsEC" was founded in 1997 on the basis of the North-West Regional Legal Center.
Educational process
Within each course, 2 semesters are allocated, within the course, the duration of which is less than 39 weeks, 1 or 2 semesters may be allocated.
Faculties and colleges
The structure of the university includes 4 faculties:
- Juridical
- Business Communications,
- Economics and Customs,
- Car service.
2 institutes:
- Nevsky Institute of Design,
- Institute of Applied Psychoanalysis and Psychology.
And the department:
- Social and humanitarian disciplines.
Scientific achievements
The University under the IPA EurAsEC constantly updates and expands the research activities of scientific and scientific-pedagogical staff both at the University and in the system of international cooperation. Since 2019, the Research Institute for Euro-Asian Studies has been formed as a scientific unit of the University at the IPA EurAsEC, which today includes four international scientific and educational centers (IECCs) and two research laboratories (NIL). Centers and laboratories conduct applied and fundamental scientific research, their scientific search is international and innovative.
In the development of the scientific and methodological component of scientific activity, regular updating and publication of educational and methodological literature in the areas of training of the university is carried out.
Among the scientific and organizational activities, the most important role is played by the Eurasian Scientific Forum, established more than 10 years ago by the Nobel Prize laureate, academician Zh.I. Alferov and the rector of the University I.Zh. Iskakov (see the section "Scientific events of the University at the IPA EurAsEC").
An important place is allocated to the research work of students. To strengthen their motivation for scientific research, scientific seminars, scientific debates, competitions of educational and scientific works, etc. An important role is played by the holding of the International Competition of Research and Design and Creative Works of Young Scientists of Eurasia "Science and Creativity: Dialogue and Development", initiated by the University at the IPA EurAsEC. Since 2021, the International Scientific and Practical School of Young Scientists of Eurasia "Scientific Spring" has been organized (every two years).

ANO HE University at IPA EurAsEC has instruments and equipment (including sports equipment and inventory); tools, teaching aids, computers, information and telecommunication networks, hardware, software and audiovisual means, printed and electronic educational and information resources, etc.
The material and technical base of the University at the IPA EurAsEC is at a high level. Each department has offices and laboratories for conducting specialized disciplines in the areas of training (specialties).
