The Ulyanovsk branch of RANEPA was established on June 17, 1998.

The learning process includes:

Students are given free access to the library with a reading room for 28 seats.

For sports, the branch has a gym.

At the Ulyanovsk branch of RANEPA, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and in August).
