The Tula branch of the Financial University was established on November 1, 1958.

The learning process includes:

For meals for students and staff, the Tula branch is equipped with a canteen for 42 seats.

The educational process in the Tula branch of the Financial University is conducted in 2 educational and administrative buildings. The buildings are equipped with bright classrooms for classes and for independent work. The classrooms are equipped with multimedia projectors, screens, audio speaker sets, computers and webcams.

Students are given free access to the library and to the room for independent work.

At the Tula branch of the Financial University, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).
