Students at St Giles Junior summer Vancouver UBC are offered accommodation in a university dormitory. It offers single and double rooms without amenities. The bathrooms are in common use at the rate of 1: 8.
Meals on summer courses are provided as standard boarding. During the excursion days the students receive packed lunches. Breakfast and dinner are served in the dining room of the University of British Columbia.
The school has a rich extracurricular program. It includes picnics, walks, sports and recreational activities (various shows, film screenings, discos, etc.).
There are also three short excursions and one for the whole day (per week). During these, students can explore Vancouver (architecture, museums), Aquarium, Stanley Park, Capilano Suspension Bridge, Grouse Mountain.
Lessons usually end no later than 14:00. The rest of the time students can spend on excursions, sports, entertainment.
St Giles in Vancouver has modern resources for teaching students. In the summer school on the campus of the university there are classrooms for theoretical, practical classes, computer classes for student access to the resources of the World Wide Web and the electronic library of the educational institution. For recreation there is a café and a lobby.
The sports infrastructure is represented by playgrounds, fields, tennis courts, a sports complex with a swimming pool.
