St. Petersburg Restoration and Construction Institute, RSI

The university educates bachelors, masters and graduate students in the field of restoration and construction.

The learning process includes a course of lectures and seminars, practical and laboratory classes, educational and pre-diploma practice.

The educational process is based on the following faculties:

• Architecture, design and restoration;
• Construction and management;
• Music, theatre and cinema.

The university conducts research activities only in the direction of "Cultural Studies".

The university implements an international undergraduate program for internships for students at the Florence Academy of Fine Arts, upon graduation a European-style diploma is provided.

The university does not provide a dormitory.

To organize meals for students and staff, the university has a buffet for 16 seats.

To involve students in social and scientific activities, the university organizes and takes part in the following events:

• In honor of the Great Victory, students of the faculty "Russian School of Arts" read excerpts from works about the war;
• Open Day;
• Design Day;
• Competition "Restorer of the Year";
• International Exhibition of Finishing and Building Materials and Engineering Equipment "InterStroyExpo".

The educational process takes place in a single building, equipped with classrooms for lectures and practical classes. The classrooms are equipped with modern technology: screens, projectors, computers and electronic whiteboards. 

Students are given free access to the library with a reading room for 11 seats.

For sports, the university has a gym, and a medical office works to monitor the health of students.

At SPbRSI, the learning process is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after which students are given a vacation (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).

For admission to the institute, you must provide:

• Identity card, citizenship;
• State-recognized certificate of education and qualifications;
• Proof of use of the right to admission within a special quota;

• 4 photos of 3x4 size (if admission is based on entrance examinations conducted by the university itself).

The necessary package of documents is provided to the university:

• By mail;
• Personally to the admissions office.

At the moment, about 400 people study at the university.

After completing their studies at the institute, graduates become certified specialists in the field of architectural and restoration business

For admission to bachelor's and specialist's educational programs, an applicant must:

• Completed education is not lower than secondary general;

For admission to master's programs, you must:

• Completed higher education;
• Successful completion of university entrance examinations with scores of at least 65.

For admission to postgraduate programs, you must:

• Completed higher education;
• Successful completion of entrance examinations with scores not lower than the threshold set by the university itself:
  • Special discipline;
  • Philosophy;
  • Foreign language.
