The Siberian Institute of Management, a branch of the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, was established on December 16, 1991.

The learning process includes:

SIU RANEPA provides 4 dormitories for 1067 beds. The cost of living consists of the following components:

The educational activities of SIU RANEPA are conducted in a single educational and administrative building, where classrooms are located, classrooms are equipped with modern computer and multimedia equipment.

Students are given free access to the information resource center and library.

At the Siberian Institute of Management, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and in August).

For admission to bachelor's and specialist's educational programs, an applicant must:

1. Completed education not lower than secondary general,
2. Successful completion of specialized entrance examinations. Minimum passing scores:

• Applied Mathematics — 27,
• History of Russia in world history - 32,
• History of customs - 40.

3. Successful passing of the exam. Minimum passing scores:

• Russian language — 36,
• Mathematics — 27,
• Social Studies — 42,
• History — 32,
• Biology — 36,
• Foreign language — 22.

For admission to master's programs, you must:

1. Completed higher education,
2. Successful passing of complex exams of the institute. Minimum passing scores:

• Economy — 40,
• State and municipal administration - 40,
• Organization of work with youth – 40,
• Jurisprudence — 40,
• International relations — 40.

For admission to postgraduate programs, you must:

1. Completed higher education,
2. Successful passing of complex exams of the institute. Minimum passing scores on a ten-point system:
