RII provides 2 dormitories with 210 beds. The cost of living is 12,000 rubles per year.

Facilities and equipment at Russian Islamic Institute, RII

The learning process at RII is carried out in the Administrative and Educational Building, equipped with classrooms and classrooms. The classrooms are equipped with screens, video projectors and teaching aids.

Students are given free access to the library for 20 seats.

At RII, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after which students are given a vacation (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).

For admission to undergraduate educational programs, an applicant must:

  • Completed education not lower than secondary general,
  • Successful completion of the entrance test - not lower:
    • Fundamentals of Islam - 75,
    • Fundamentals of Journalism — 75.
  • Points received for the exam are not lower than:
    • Russian language — 40,
    • Social Studies — 45,
    • Foreign language — 30.

For admission to master's programs, you must:

  • Completed higher education,
  • Successful completion of the entrance test - not lower:
    • Arabic language - 45,
    • Confessional law - 50,
    • Religious philosophy — 65,
    • Methods of teaching foreign languages – 75,
    • Functioning of the media — 75.

Scholarships Russian Islamic Institute, RII

The RII does not provide for payments and scholarships at the expense of the federal and republican budgets. The Foundation for the Support of Islamic Culture, Science and Education has established personal scholarships for the best students of Islamic educational institutions in Russia. One of the founders of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Republic of Tatarstan annually allocates scholarships to the best students.

In addition, the institute provides financial assistance to students in need.
