RSUE (RINH) was established on February 28, 1931.

The learning process includes:

RSUE (RINH) provides 4 dormitories for 1545 beds. For meals for students and staff, the university provides a canteen and 5 buffets.

To involve students in social and scientific activities, RSUE (RINH) organizes and participates in the following events:

The process of formation of RSUE (RINH) is carried out in 4 educational buildings and in 1 financial and economic college, equipped with classrooms. The classrooms are well equipped: visual aids, information materials, wired sound amplifying systems, personal computers, voice recorder and TV.

Students are given free access to 5 libraries with 106 seats.

For sports, the university has 6 sports complexes.

At RSUE (RINH), the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).
