Community-based trips begin in Year 4 and include a two-day trip to Sayers Croft, where students develop survival skills in the woods. In Year 5, children go on a two-day trip to Stratford-upon-Avon, in Year 6 on a three-day trip to Belgium, in Year 7 on a four-day trip to Normandy, and in Year 8 on a five-day trip to Italy. where they begin to study the graduate program. Every two years, there is a cricket tour for Year 7 and Year 8 students on St Lucia during the Easter holidays, which is always hugely popular. Every two years, ski trips are held for students in grades 5-8, during which children master the ski slopes of Europe.

Enrolment process
- Parkside Nursery: After visiting Parkside Nursery and making a decision, parents are required to complete the registration form, sign an agreement, and pay a deposit for a guaranteed seat.
- Parkside Pre Prep School. In order for the boy to join Pre Prep, he and his parents will be invited to visit the school in person, where they can see the teachers in action, feel the atmosphere of small classes and appreciate the facilities offered. For admission to grades 1 and 2, the boy will be invited to a trial day where he will study with his peers, he will have a grade in English and mathematics to determine his ability to fit into the Parkside curriculum according to his age group.
- Parkside Prep School. Boys are invited to a "Tasting Day", which they can choose after registration to spend time with other children of their age. Assessments will be conducted in English and Maths to ensure that the boy can successfully master the curriculum alongside his peers. After a successful day spent with new friends, the school will be able to offer the candidate a place – this will be confirmed by the signature of the admission form and the payment of a fee/deposit.

When registering a candidate, the school invites the boy to a trial day, the so-called "Tasting Day", so that he can spend time with his peers and get acquainted with the routine of the school day.
