The Oryol State Institute of Culture is a unique creative university in the region. Today, the OGIK is considered one of the major centers of artistic, creative, cultural and educational activities in the Central Federal District of the country.

Acceptance of documents for full-time education in the OGIK begins on May 15 of the current year, ending on July 14. Dates of introductory, creative and professional examinations: from July 10 to July 25 of the current year.
