SKI (F) MSEU was established in 1997. The Institute educates specialists in in-demand professions in the labor market in the fields of tourism, psychology, hotel business and economics.

Acceptance of documents for full-time education at the SKI (F) MSEU begins on May 4 and is conducted:
- until July 25 (according to the results of the exam),
- until July 10 (based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by the University independently).
The deadlines for entrance examinations are from July 11 to July 25.
