SKI (F) MSEU was established in 1997. The Institute educates specialists in in-demand professions in the labor market in the fields of tourism, psychology, hotel business and economics.

The academic year begins in the first half of September and is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. Classes are held according to the schedule of a six-day working week. Enrolment process
Acceptance of documents for full-time education at the SKI (F) MSEU begins on May 4 and is conducted:
- until July 25 (according to the results of the exam),
- until July 10 (based on the results of entrance examinations conducted by the University independently).
The deadlines for entrance examinations are from July 11 to July 25.
