The university provides nonresident full-time cadets with two nine-story dormitories. The total capacity is 417 people.

Educational activities take place in a single campus, equipped with classrooms for lectures, seminars and practical work. The classrooms are equipped with modern technology: projectors, screens and computers.

The academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing, cadets can take a summer or winter vacation. All cadets are fully supported by the state.
