NOI SPb was founded in 1991. Over its more than 30-year history, the Institute has graduated about 200,000 specialists who have proven their high level of qualification and occupied leadership positions. NOI SPb educates specialists in the field of psychology, economics, management, state and municipal administration, land management and cadastre, geodesy and remote sensing.

The implementation of the educational program at the NOI SPb provides for the following formats: lectures, practical and seminar classes, extracurricular activities.

Every year, employees and students of NOI SPb take part in scientific and practical conferences, seminars, round tables and other scientific events of various levels:

In the NOI of St. Petersburg, attention is paid not only to the educational process, but also to the educational one. Excursions to museums, trips to theaters and other cultural events are organized for students:

The academic year begins in the first half of September and is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. Classes are held according to the schedule of a six-day working week. The beginning of classes is in accordance with the schedule of study groups.
