The educational process takes place in a single educational building, which is equipped with classrooms for lectures and seminars. The classrooms are equipped with modern technology: projectors, screens, computers and electronic whiteboards.

Students have unlimited access to two study libraries with reading rooms.

For sports, the university has two sports halls and an open stadium of a wide profile with elements of an obstacle course.

At UIEP, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each of them, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).
