Touro College and University (New York) opened their campus in Moscow in 1991: Moscow University Touro / Moscow Touro Institute. In the United States, Touro College and University is represented in 5 states, with a total of 34 campuses for different areas. The university also has a branch in Berlin.
Thanks to a unified training system and a common English language, which is taught in all branches, students can easily participate in the exchange program between campuses (Moscow-Berlin-New York), gain useful learning experience, work in different countries of the world, without being distracted from the main program.
There are 3 types of training available to students:
- BSC / BBA Degree (Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts)
- MBA Degree (Master's)
- English language: TOEFL, ESL (english as a second language).
Moscow University Touro is one of 5 official TOEFL ibt reception centers in Moscow. The TOEFL Institutional is held within the BSC / BBA and MBA programs at the Institute.
Tourro College and University and the Moscow Tourist Institute as its branch are accredited by MSCHE, the Commission on Higher Education (Universities and Colleges) of the United States Mid-Atlantic States. The Moscow Institute Turo has a Russian state license for educational activities.
Based on the results of training, graduates receive 2 diplomas: American and Russian. The American diploma is printed and registered in New York at Touro College and University, then sent to Moscow for presentation to graduates. The Russian diploma of the established form is printed and registered in Moscow. The Moscow Institute Turo offers different forms of education: full-time, part-time and part-time.

Accommodation, meals, prices
The Institute has a canteen and a bar where students can dine, drink juice or coffee. The dining room and bar are open from 11 am to 4 pm all weekdays.
The university does not provide accommodation.

The Institute's library numbers more than 40 thousand items, mainly in English. It provides students and teachers with all the necessary textbooks, audio and video materials, periodicals.
The conference hall of the Institute is equipped with modern audio and video equipment: here you can hold meetings, creative meetings, conferences, and other events with up to 400 participants.

- Placement test / TOEFL (500)
- Admission application.
Not required for admission:
- SAT / USE

For enrollment in MBA / Master's programs in English (training format F2F, online, blended):
