The educational process takes place in 11 educational buildings, equipped with classrooms for lectures and seminars, practical and laboratory work. The classrooms are equipped with modern technology: screens, projectors and computers with Internet access.

At the WPF, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each of them, an examination session is held, after passing, cadets can take a vacation winter and summer vacation.
Students are provided with food, uniforms and medical care at the expense of the federal budget. Cadets incur the costs of providing themselves with housing.
Enrolment process
For admission to the WPF MOSU, you must provide:
- Proof of identity, citizenship,
- State-recognized certificate of education and qualifications,
- Confirmation of registration in the system of individual (personalized) accounting (if any),
- Characteristics from the place of study,
- Personal sheet for personnel records.
If necessary, the applicant also provides:
- Proof of use of the right to admission within a special quota,
- Confirmation of individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account at admission,
