Education at the gymnasium began in 1966. For a long time of its existence, it bore different names and numbers, it became a profile in the study of foreign languages. The Moscow gymnasium has the status of "international" for active participation in the projects of the UN, UNESCO and similar organizations.

Accommodation, meals, prices
The gymnasium organizes two types of meals: preferential and paid. Pupils of grades 1-4 and some categories of children eat free of charge. To provide a child with reduced-price meals, parents / legal representatives must fill out an application and provide the necessary documents.
In preschool education departments, meals are prepared according to a daily menu created under the supervision of a medical professional.

Facilities and equipment at Moscow International Gymnasium
The gymnasium consists of 13 buildings. For preschoolers, play and study rooms, sleeping rooms, walking and sports grounds are equipped.
School buildings are equipped with educational and practical classes, classrooms for additional education, sports halls, libraries with reading spaces, stadiums on school grounds. There is a swimming pool in one of the buildings called "Saturn".
Admission dates and extra charges
The academic year begins on September 1 and lasts until May 21 or 28, depending on class level. Graduate students complete their studies by passing final exams.
All students attend classes five days a week on the first shift, each lesson lasting 40 minutes.
The curriculum divides the year into modules for grades 1-11:

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol
Admission to the school goes through the submission of an application on the Moscow State Services Portal. After registering the application, you should expect feedback for an invitation to an educational institution.
For enrollment in specialized grades 10-11, the student will have to take tests.
