Admission dates and extra charges
The academic year at the university lasts from September 1 to June 30 and is divided into two semesters. The first semester lasts approximately from September 1 to January 25, the second - from February 9 to June 30. At the end of each semester, an examination session is organized. Holidays 2 times a year: winter (duration 2 weeks) and summer (2 months).
Due to the lack of a hostel for nonresident students, the main line of expenditure for students will be the payment of housing: apartments or rooms. The average cost of renting a one-room apartment in Moscow is 30,000-38,000 rubles. In addition to the costs should be attributed to the cost of food and transportation, if the student will rent an apartment in a remote area of the city.
Enrolment process
The deadline for submitting documents for the first year of the full-time department is set by the management of Moscow State University: from June 20 to July 25 inclusive. When passing internal tests, the applicant must submit documents no later than July 18. The candidate must submit a package of documents to the admission committee of the university:
