The educational organization was established on April 6, 2004. STU produces top-level specialists with specialized eduaction in the field of construction, heat power engineering, chemical technologies and service.

STU does not have dormitories. The university rents places in the dormitories of the Ryazan State Agrotechnological University named after P.A. Kostychev and the Machine Tool College of the Ryazan State Radio Engineering University. 

For meals for students and staff, ITU has a café on its territory.

  • Rotary evaporator, photoelectric colorimeter, spectrometers and mass spectrometer MX-72, polarimeter, chromatographs, UV spectrometer FP4, equipment for TLC, rotary evaporator, DC welding rectifier for 8 posts, scissors, sheet bending machine, combined press shears and vibrating machines, pendulum saw, radial drilling machine, lathe, hydraulic press, machine tool, compressor unit, welding transformers, sheet bending rollers, drilling machine and Etc.

Students are given free access to the scientific and educational library.

For sports, STU provides sports facilities:

Admission dates and extra charges

At STU, the learning process is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol

For admission to undergraduate educational programs, you must:

  • Completed education is not lower than secondary general;
