The process of formation of the M.I. Glinka Magc is carried out in 3 buildings equipped with classrooms, laboratories, classrooms and halls. The classrooms are well equipped: piano, midi keyboards, piano, grand pianos, computer, printer, interactive whiteboard, projectors, a set of visual aids, etc.
Students are given free access to the library with a reading room and with the Department of Audiovisual Publications.
For sports, the conservatory has a gym.
