This educational institution was created in 1992, at the moment it bears the name of V.I. Vernadsky, a Soviet natural scientist. The Lyceum ranks first in the district and 14th in Moscow according to the results of the successful passing of the exam in 2019.

The lyceum has two buildings equipped with all the necessary materials for studying - classrooms and laboratories for practices, sports, gyms and computer classrooms, a library with a reading room are organized. In the school grounds, there are sports stadiums for physical education in warm weather and for events.

Lyceum students master the curriculum from September 1 to May 31, attending school five days a week.
