Kaplan International Languages becomes Positively Languages

Kaplan International Languages becomes Positively Languages

One of the largest changes in the global language education market is coming! The large networks of language schools Kaplan International Languages, Alpadia Language Schools and Azurlingua are merging under a single brand — they will now be called Positively Languages.

According to its chairman William Wellesley, the united company Positively Languages will strive to go beyond traditional foreign language instruction. While maintaining the high quality of its programs and educational materials, the administration will place greater emphasis on achieving practical results, so that students can apply the knowledge and skills they obtain immediately — for educational, personal, and professional purposes. The following have been declared the core principles of the new organization:

  1. High quality education,
  2. Studying in countries where the target language is the official state language,
  3. A comfortable, supportive learning environment,
  4. Guaranteed progress through proprietary teaching methods.

Kaplan International Languages already has students enrolled from 140 countries around the world, and the geography of both schools, students, and teachers is planned to expand further, while maintaining partnerships with agencies worldwide.

Given that the global language education market has seen an overall decline in student numbers in recent years, both the merger of such major players and the general direction of development appear logical: learning as comprehensive personal growth, not just textbooks and lessons.
