International Academy of Business and New Technologies, MUBiNT

MUBiNT was founded in 1992.

The learning process includes a course of lectures and seminars, educational, industrial and pre-diploma practice.

The educational process is based on the functioning of the Faculty of Higher Professional Education.

Within the framework of the scientific school of MUBiNT, three scientific areas are developing:

• Social responsibility of an educational organization in the context of the formation of the information society;
• Development of information models and information and computer systems for the organization of education;
• Economic models of interactions of educational organizations with subjects of the regional market.

The Academy conducts international cooperation with the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University named after K.I. Scriabin.

Nonresident full-time students are provided with a hostel, a total of 95 beds in the building. The cost of living per month ranges from 3200 to 5800 rubles.  For additional household services, up to 200 rubles per month are taken.

For meals for students and staff, the educational organization has a café with 47 seats.

To involve students in social and scientific activities, MUBiNT organizes and participates in the following events:

• IX All-Russian Olympiad on the History of Russian Entrepreneurship among undergraduate and graduate students;
• IX International Scientific and Practical Conference;
• All-Russian Student Architectural Competition "No Statute of Limitations. Minute of silence";
• City scientific and educational game for high school students and students of secondary vocational education "Kinomania - 2023";
• National Interuniversity Student Conference "Young Science – 2023";
• International online competition "Golden Ring of Russia";
• "Open Lectures" project;
• Youth Entrepreneurship Festival 2022.

The process of formation of MUBiNT is carried out in 2 educational buildings, equipped with classrooms for lectures, practical classes, current control and intermediate certification, independent work of students, course design (course work), group and individual consultations. Classroom equipment: personal computer; LCD panel; equipment for webinars; speaker system; projector; screen.

Students are given free access to the scientific and educational library with a reading room.

For sports, the university provides the following sports facilities:

• Gymnasium;
• Pool.

At MUBiNT, the learning process is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).

For admission to the Academy, you must provide:

• Identity card, citizenship;
• State-recognized certificate of education and qualifications;
• Application for admission;
• A document confirming registration in the system of individual (personalized) accounting (if any);
• A document confirming disability or disability (if any);
• A document confirming the passage of centralized testing (exam);
• A document confirming that the applicant has the right to admission without entrance examinations;
• Documents confirming individual achievements.

The required package of documents is provided to the MUBiNT:

• By mail;
• Personally;
• Through the electronic information system of the Academy priem.mubint.ru;
• By means of EPGU (if used).

At the moment, 2878 undergraduate and graduate students are studying at the Academy.

For further employment, a joint project of the MUBiNT Academy and the POISC personnel center on career technology has been created, which starts from the academic year 2023/2024.

• Points received for the exam are not lower than:

  • Informatics and ICT — 40;
  • Physics — 36;

  • Biology — 36.

For admission to master's programs, you must:

• Completed higher education;
• Successful completion of the entrance test:
  • Comprehensive exam in economics – 51;
  • Comprehensive Management Exam – 51.

Admission to graduate school in 2023 is not conducted.

As material support for students, MUBiNT allocates the following types of scholarships for students:

• scholarship of the Governor of the region for talented students;
• scholarship of the Governor of the region for talented graduate students;
• Governor of the region scholarship for students enrolled in
• priority educational programs of higher education in the Yaroslavl region;
• scholarship named after V.V. Tereshkova.
