The Institute of State Administration is a non-state higher educational institution that provides professional education in a number of popular specialties.
It was founded in March 1994, which makes it one of the private long-term universities.
Despite the lack of affiliation of the educational institution with state institutions, high-level professional teaching staff gathered under its roof, which, combined with good material and technical and infrastructural support, allows to give students modern, relevant and popular specialties, a fundamental knowledge base, and develop the necessary practical skills.
Faculties and colleges
Structurally, it consists of three faculties:
- Psychological and pedagogical, providing education in the bachelor's program in a wide range of specialties for work in the business environment, advertising business, politics, consulting, as well as researchers and psychological personnel for the education system;
- Legal, which for 28 years has been regularly education personnel for the bar, notary, legal and consulting firms, state bodies;
- The Faculty of Economics and Management, where they are engaged in education of managers of a wide profile, analysts and other necessary managerial personnel.

The Methodological Department conducts intensive extracurricular work with students, promotes self-organization, supports (including material, economic and infrastructural) student initiatives.
In extracurricular time, students can engage in various sports sections (from basketball to fitness), visit the theater studio, play in KVN, study in the studio of fine arts, photo studio.
Free excursions are organized, there is the possibility of going on a summer vacation to the Black Sea.
The public trend has become very popular: students provide assistance to veterans of the Great Patriotic War, visit orphanages, conduct master classes for orphans.
