The Humanitarian-Social Institute was founded in 2000: specialists in the field of jurisprudence, psychology, management and managers are trained here.

The implementation of the educational program at the ICG provides for the following formats: lectures, practical and seminar classes, extracurricular activities.

There are 2 faculties as part of the GSI:

• Social and humanitarian,
• Additional education.

In addition, the Institute has 6 departments:

• Rights
• General education disciplines,
• Physical culture,
• Pedagogy and Psychology,
• Linguistics
• Management and Economics.

In the ICG, special attention is paid to the development of students in the field of science - for this, all conditions for the development of young scientists are created within the walls of the university, research conferences, round tables and seminars are held.

Scientific events:

• Competition for the best student innovative research works in the social sciences and humanities,
• All-Russian Scientific Conference "Theory and Practice of Social Development in the Light of Modern Scientific Knowledge",
• Scientific and practical conference "September Readings", etc.

The GSE conducts active extracurricular work with students, organizes various forms of leisure that allow you to lead a rich student life, concerts, round tables, excursions, discos, conferences, sports competitions are held.

The educational activities of the ICG are carried out in one educational and administrative building. The building houses classrooms with modern multimedia and computer equipment, practical classrooms are equipped with information stands and technical equipment for practicing professional skills.

At GSI, the academic year begins in the first half of September and is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. Classes are held according to the schedule of a six-day working week. The beginning of classes is in accordance with the schedule of study groups. At the end of each semester, an examination session is held. Students are provided with vacation weekends: winter (January) and summer (July-August).

Acceptance of documents for full-time education at the ICG begins on April 1 of the current year and is conducted:

• until July 25 (according to the results of the exam),
• until July 10 (according to the results of entrance examinations conducted by the university independently).

The deadlines for entrance examinations are from July 11 to July 25.

List of documents for admission to the ICG:

• Identity card, citizenship (passport),
• SNILS (if any),
• Document on education (certificate or diploma),

• Photographs, 2 pcs. (color, 3x4).

The necessary package of documents is provided to the Institute:

Today, about 550 people are studying at the ICG. Training at the ICG is carried out on a contractual basis.

More than 80% of GSE graduates are employed in the first year after graduation. The Institute actively assists students and graduates in matters of internships and employment. ICG graduates work in law enforcement agencies, government agencies, and implement their business ideas.

The main requirements of the City Electoral Commission for applicants:

• Level of education (secondary general or secondary vocational),
• High results of the exam or entrance examinations.
