Inspired Education invests £30 million in new scholarships

The international education group Inspired Education is expanding its scholarship program, the Nsouli Scholars Programme — and is prepared to spend more than £30 million on it.

The Nsouli Scholars Programme has seen a sharp rise in demand in recent years. In 2026, it received 1,428 applications from students of 95 nationalities — an increase of 353% since its launch in 2024. The largest share — 60% — of applications comes from Sub-Saharan Africa, while applications from Europe, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region have doubled: the scholarship is becoming an opportunity for children from regions where access to and the cost of education represent a significant barrier for families.

The updated Corporate Social Responsibility strategy will expand the number of scholarships to 500, and since Inspired Education already comprises more than 125 schools, the opportunity to study on this basis will be available worldwide.
