• Homestay placement is ideal for those who want to better experience life in Australia and constantly improve their spoken English. Family living is organized on a half-board basis: hosts provide breakfast and dinner, while the daytime snack is taken outside the home. Students are provided with a private furnished room, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, with bedding and towels also provided. Guests are responsible for keeping their own space clean; there are no locks on bedroom doors.
• Renting apartments or rooms in the city is intended for students who prefer freedom of action and are ready for exciting discoveries. The study center assists in finding the optimal place to live according to financial capabilities and personal preferences.

Most attractions are located at a depth of 2–10 meters, making this place safe and appealing for both beginner divers and snorkeling enthusiasts.
• Rottnest Island, located just off the coast of Fremantle, is a protected nature reserve. Island visitors can enjoy pristine white beaches, secluded bays, and the amazing opportunity to see a quokka — a small marsupial about the size of a cat that is found exclusively in Western Australia!
• The wine regions of Western Australia surround Perth and offer numerous excursion options. The nearest one — Swan Valley — is just a 30-minute drive from the central business district and is considered the historic winemaking center of the region. For longer trips, the Margaret River region is ideal: located approximately 3–4 hours' drive from Perth, it is renowned for its prestigious wineries and picturesque landscapes.
• Bells Rapids Park in Brigadoon, not far from Perth, — is an excellent spot for a peaceful nature getaway. Here you can have a picnic, walk along scenic hiking trails through bushland, and admire views of the Avon River rapids. During your walk, you may have the chance to encounter grey kangaroos — adding a special touch to your outdoor experience.
