Gymnasium №642 was founded in 1993 in the Vasileostrovsky district of St. Petersburg. The school consists of 5 buildings, two of which are given over to a preschool unit. Maximum number of lessons:

• 1 classes - up to 4 lessons, once a week - 5 lessons due to physical education;
