School number 118 was created on the basis of the reorganization of several educational institutions in 2014. Education takes place in 11 buildings, which include buildings for preschool and primary education. In terms of the level of passing the exam, this school is ranked 8th in the district and 333rd in Moscow.

Paid and discounted meals for students are organized in all buildings of the school. It is organized according to a 20-day cyclical menu - the pupils are provided with five meals a day: breakfast, lunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.

Categories of students who have the right to receive preferential two meals a day at the expense of the city budget:

3. Children left without parental care (as well as those under guardianship / receiving survivor's pension)

School meals:

1. Breakfast for grades 1-4 is free, for grades 5-11 = 82 rubles
2. Lunch for grades 1–4 is about 134 rubles, for grades 5–11 = about 152 rubles.

Additional classes at school # 118 are held in several directions:

1. Physical culture and sports direction - sections of sambo, basketball, volleyball, dance sports, general physical training and badminton
2. Socio-pedagogical direction - the study of languages, social studies and the foundations of social life, artistic and aesthetic creative development of students
3. Technical direction - solving mathematical problems of increased complexity, studying computer technologies and robotics
4. Natural science direction - in-depth study of chemistry, biology, physics and geography
5. Artistic direction - learning to play musical instruments, singing in a choir, painting and graphics, dancing.

Outside of school hours, students of the school organize concerts in the assembly hall dedicated to the holidays of the city and country, participate in olympiads and competitions in general subjects.

The school year begins on September 1st. The training takes place in the mode of five training days - from Monday to Friday.

• The end of five lessons for grade 1 at 13:15 (duration - 35 minutes) , for grades 2-4 at 13:25. Eight lessons for grades 5-11 will end at approximately 4:15 pm. For grades 2-11, lessons are 45 minutes long.
