Crimean University of Culture, Arts and Tourism is the only creative university in the region. Within the walls of the University, future specialists in the field of art and creativity are educated .

The implementation of the educational program in KUKIiT provides for the following formats: lectures, practical and seminar classes, extracurricular activities.

KUKIiT publishes a periodical printed publication "Tauride Studies".

On the basis of the University, international and all-Russian research conferences are held:

• Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Crimean World: Cultural Heritage", etc.

• The history of the formation and development of KUKIiT begins in 1948.
• KUKIiT is located in the building of the Noble Assembly (architectural monument).

KUKIiT creates conditions for harmonious learning and meaningful leisure of students: university students are actively involved in sports in their free time, working out the knowledge and skills gained in practice. Students of KUKIiT take part in various competitions, competitions, concerts and festivals.

KUKIiT is located in the Kiev district of Simferopol. Opposite the university building is Bystroletov Square, where students can walk and relax after studying.

Classrooms are equipped with modern computer and multimedia equipment, teaching aids. Classrooms for practical classes are equipped with musical instruments and necessary literature, there is an office for self-study with Internet access.

At KUKIiT, the academic year begins in the first half of September and is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. Classes are held according to the schedule of a six-day working week. The beginning of classes is in accordance with the schedule of study groups.

At the end of each semester, an examination session is held. Students are provided with vacation weekends: winter (January) and summer (July-August).

Acceptance of documents for full-time education in KUKIiT begins on June 20 of the current year, ending on July 12. Dates of introductory, creative and professional examinations: from July 12 to July 25 of the current year.

• Confirmation of individual achievements, the results of which are taken into account when admitting.

Today, more than 1000 people study at KUKIiT, about 70% of students study on a budgetary basis. About 170 state-funded places are allocated annually.
