Children's health camp "Ogonyok" is a municipal autonomous institution of the city of Kaliningrad, one of the most popular children's camps on the Baltic coast.

- Children during the arrivals live in reliable residences made of brick (two three-storey buildings).
- Counselors are placed next to children's rooms so that children are supervised around the clock.
