Summer shifts

Summer shifts are held on the themes of the Marvel Universe, the program "Heads and Tails", the cartoons "Monsters on Vacation" and "Mysterious Island". During the shift, pupils are engaged in sports, can participate in the activities of creative clubs, organize festivals and concerts, learn to sing, play musical instruments or compete in intergroup football / volleyball games.
The price includes accommodation with five meals a day, a lot of entertainment and activities, as well as a transfer from Moscow and back.

Children's health camp "Berezka" was founded in 1946. In the post-war years, children needed a quiet place to rest and improve their health, so the camp was very popular.
In 1991, the institution was transferred to the leadership of the Federal Tax Service, which improved its material condition. Now "Birch" is popular for its unusual thematic programs, taking place in two seasons: summer and winter. In 2022, the camp celebrates its 75th anniversary.
Accommodation, meals, prices
To accommodate pupils on the territory, two-story brick buildings with two wings were built - for boys and girls. On the floors there are eight rooms, each of which accommodates 4-5 children. In addition to living quarters, the building is equipped with shared toilets and bathrooms, halls, rooms for drying things and shoes, bedrooms of counselors.
All children are provided with five meals a day: breakfasts, lunches, afternoon snacks, dinners and late dinners (dream books). The menu includes meat, dairy products, fruits and vegetables, cereals. Children are also provided with confectionery, flour products of their own production.
If the child has allergies or medical indications against any products, it is worth reporting this to the medical center of the camp before arrival.
With you to the camp you must take:
- Several sets of clothes and shoes depending on the season
- Underwear, socks
- Outfits for events, discos
- Towel
- Personal hygiene items: soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, toilet paper, etc.
- Swimsuit, pool cap for summer guests
- Favorite toy, book or other.
All things must be marked, and a list of them must be stored in the suitcase.
Mobile phones, tablets and other gadgets are stored most of the time by counselors. Parents need to discuss the time of issuing the phone to the child for daily communication with him.
Activities Kid's recreation camp "Berezka"
Every day at the camp, children attend activities that develop their creative, intellectual and physical skills. Employees organize thematic concerts, fairs, quizzes. Pupils regularly attend sports classes and competitions between squads: the main directions in sports are volleyball and football, chess and checkers, table tennis, billiards.
In the House of Creativity there are workshops of beading and embroidery, origami, vocal circles and playing musical instruments, a dance studio.

Facilities and equipment at Kid's recreation camp "Berezka"
The camp campus is located in the city district of Istra. It can be reached from Moscow by car, electric train along the Riga highway.
The territory is fenced, is under round-the-clock video surveillance. It has built residential buildings with showers, toilets, a large dining room and a medical center. The open area of the campus includes sports grounds for team games, gazebos, a campfire.
The indoor pool is a separate building where swimming education and recreational activities take place.
Admission dates and extra charges
In the camp "Berezka" summer and winter shifts are held, their schedule is set before each season. In summer, shifts usually take place on the following dates:

- 21 June-11 July
- 14 July-3 August
- August 6-26.
The daily schedule of pupils includes lifting and rebounding at the same time, regardless of age, five meals a day, cleaning rooms, rest and activities in circles, group gatherings for reading books, board games.
Children wake up at 8:00, go to bed before 23:00.
The price of the voucher includes:

Entry requirements, how to apply, what is required to enrol
Vouchers to the camp "Birch" should be booked in advance - a couple of months before the start of the shift. Before arrival, you must provide:
- Child's birth certificate or passport
- Copy of the parent's passport
- Contract, consent to the provision of necessary medical care
- Medical certificate, vaccination passport
- Certificate of absence of contact with infected people.
