Children's health camp "Zhemchuzhina" is located on the beautiful bank of the Kruchina River and was founded in 1974. The institution is located away from the city, highways, industrial facilities, which makes it an ideal place to organize a quality, active, fun children's holiday. The guys spend a lot of time in the fresh air, enjoy freedom, spaciousness, beautiful landscapes, the opportunity to be in nature. Teachers and counselors teach children to cherish and love nature, help them learn something new about the world every day.

Previously, Zhemchuzhina was the only base where all sports schools located in Chita continued their educational and process. Initially, the camp was conceived as a "tent city", where even the bathhouse was located on the bank of the river in the fresh air. Here the children can get in touch with nature, living in wooden houses (of which there are 46 on the territory of the camp).

Good distance from settlements allows you to hold sports and entertainment events not only on the territory of the camp, but also outside it - in the adjacent areas. The camp is surrounded by a green area, which allows you to make the most of the natural and climatic conditions for the organization of year-round recreation for children. Getting to the camp is quite simple - the train and buses stop in 15 minutes.

Every year Pearl organizes 3 interesting shifts for children's recreation. Each shift has its own profile orientation in the sports direction. For example, there is a sports and recreation shift for children who are engaged in children's and youth sports schools. Shifts are held under the supervision of highly qualified coaches, teachers and counselors. The duration of shifts is 21 days, and the number of one such squad per shift is 20-25 guys.

Children are accommodated in 4 people in cozy wooden houses or a new two-story building (it was built in 2011). Children are guaranteed a delicious and balanced diet made from fresh local products. Medical care is provided around the clock.

The institution offers a wide range of sports areas, education in which is conducted by highly qualified teachers  with extensive experience. They share not only practical advice, but also teach the best technique, increase children's endurance, help them with flexibility and stretching, which makes students outstanding future athletes.

In the camp, children learn to be disciplined, independent, gain self-confidence, help the younger ones. They observe the daily routine developed by counselors and teachers, wake up early, eat right and start the day with exercise. During the day - sports events, creative activities, in the evenings - shows and concerts. Creative development is realized in the work of workshops and circles, where children comprehend various crafts, learn to create something with their own hands, find new hobbies, discover and develop talents and abilities, inner potential.

The camp is located on the basis of MBOU DOD DYUSSH-5. The institution has two own baths, a laundry, its own fleet, a well, an electric line, a medical center, insulators, warehouses, its own glacier, an equipped beach on the Kruchina River, a dining room for 250 seats, a cinema hall, a radio room, three buildings with stove heating with a capacity of 60 seats, which makes it possible to receive children in winter.

Every year the institution is inspected by the quality assessment inspection and successfully passes it.

Tickets to the camp (plane, train) must be paid for independently.

The period of stay in the camp is at least one shift with arrival from May 1 and departure until September 30 (summer shifts).

To come to study at the camp, you must provide a package of documents.
