The branch was established in 1999 in the city of Bryansk.

The learning process includes a course of lectures and seminars, practical and laboratory classes, educational and pre-diploma practice.

The educational process is carried out on the basis of two campuses, equipped with classrooms for lectures and seminars. The classrooms are equipped with modern necessary equipment: projectors, screens and computers.

Students are given free access to the study library with a reading room.

A gym is available for sports.

In the branch, the academic year is divided into two semesters: autumn and spring. At the end of each of them, an examination session is held, after passing the students, they are given vacations (in winter in January, in summer in July and August).
