London's Brampton College is an independent co-educational day school for teenagers aged 15 to 19. The main specialization of the school is A-level. The institution was founded in 1989 in Golden Green, and since 1998 occupies an old mansion in Hendon. For 20 years, he has held the title of the best Sixth Form College in London according to the Department of Education and the third in the country. At the national level, the institution is among the top 2% according to the government's estimate, taking into account the progress of the A-level.

Starting with a couple of classrooms, the establishment has been constantly expanding and can now offer its pets excellent infrastructure, including four recently renovated laboratories, an amazing art studio and a library for quiet activities.

The combination of dedicated and motivated educators with excellent classroom environments allows students to gain a unique experience that results in exceptional exam performance. Specifically, in 2022, 56.1% of A-level students received A*/A grades and 81.4% received A*-B grades.

Training takes place in small groups: the average class size is 6-7 people, the maximum is 9 people. This allows us to talk about a de facto individual curriculum that takes into account the abilities and special needs of students. All teachers are highly qualified and have many years of teaching experience in universities and colleges.

Homework is an integral part of the course; students can use the classrooms and the library to carry them out. Another important element is the mock exams, when students answer exam questions as part of a limited timekeeping. Verification tests are conducted every 1-2 weeks, helping students and teachers to identify weaknesses and take timely measures to overcome difficulties, gain knowledge and self-confidence, master the methods necessary for passing exams.

All students are assigned a personal tutor to assist in solving personal and academic difficulties. Meetings with the mentor are held on a weekly basis. Great importance is also attached to individual support. Anyone who needs additional guidance can count on the help and assistance of experienced consultants; there is a psychological support service.

The needs of students with disabilities are met by providing the possibility of remote learning, a formal mechanism for accessing examination tests and current support of the educational process.

In Bramton, three lessons each week are devoted to practicing basic English language skills - reading, writing, speaking and listening, as well as improving grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. Students will get acquainted with the format of the exam and improve the technique of the exam by regularly passing test papers.

The College is conveniently located in a safe and tranquil residential area in north-west London; the campus has high transport accessibility and is connected by many high-speed routes with the central part of the city.

The college offers two accommodation options for expat students; both are accredited by the British Council:

As part of the extracurricular program, tourist trips and picnics are held, allowing students to get used to the country. Popular sea trips to Greenwich, ice skating in Somerset House, trips to London and other cities in South-East England.

The College promotes and encourages participation in other elective and extracurricular activities aimed at developing personal interests, studying and mastering new skills. This can be participation in social activities (such as charity fees or the Duke of Edinburgh Award), volunteer activity, various sports - from table tennis and chess to rugby and netball, trips to museums and theaters.

Within the walls of the educational institution, there was a place for a photo club and a film studio, a debate club, a football team, a student council and a Model United Nations, first aid courses are held - more than 30 tools in total that allow students to achieve a balance between work and personal life.

The college has an approved scholarship system that allows students with disabilities to apply for and receive assistance, reflecting the school's commitment to opening doors to the community as much as possible by offering as many students as possible to attend the college. Scholarships are awarded to outstanding students who have applied for a two-year A-level, who must have at least 5 points of 8 or 9 on their GCSE exams, and for the rest - at least 7.

Before awarding a scholarship, the school conducts a means test and may offer a discount of up to 40% of the total tuition fee.
