The university provides nonresident full-time students with 4 dormitories (corridor, sectional type, as well as a level of increased comfort). The cost of living per month ranges from 400 to 1375 rubles, depending on the type of hostel.

For meals for students and staff, the university has 2 canteens for 260 seats, 6 buffets for 48 seats and a café.

The learning process is based on 5 buildings equipped with classrooms for lectures and seminars, practical and laboratory classes. The classrooms are equipped with modern technology: screens, projectors, computers, WEB-cameras, photo and video equipment.

Students are given free access to the university's library system with a reading room for 150 seats.
