Elena Goldman
Greetings! Our family is relocating to Moscow for 2020-2021 academic year and we need to find a new school for our kids, 7 years old ( 1st graders). Kids do not speak Russian, only English. They attended Montessori school ( School in the Hills), Austin, Texas for 2019-2020 academic year. They like robotics and art. What is our chance to get accepted if parents have duel citizenship, USA and Russian? Kids are the US citizens. Please let us hear from you. Many thanks, The Goldmans.
Dear Elena Goldman, Unfortunately, we will not be able to enroll you at this school. We work with the Brookes School which are located in Moscow and St Petersburg. We would be happy to help you with the admission.
Don’t even consider AAS. 4 out of 5 Teachers and TAs scream and bully children even in pre-K and K. Last elementary principal Michelle Alzamora knew all that but left all verbal and written complains without any action being friends with all of them. The same is true for AAS director. There is nowhere else to complain. Education deteriorated past 5-6 years completely. Our kids couldn’t get into the US private school and scored very low at ISEE test, Way lower than US kids from public schools. Just try to get into ISM, they have two campuses - still good education and teachers are good with kids.
