Accommodation, meals, prices

The university provides several residential buildings with different types of rooms: from small single rooms to studios with private bathrooms. The price range of housing is wide, as well as the remoteness of the location from educational buildings. Each dormitory is located at a relative distance from the university - the road will take a maximum of ten minutes on foot.

All rooms have beds, workstations for self-study, some of the rooms have a private bathroom. The rent includes utilities, WiFi.

  • Parker House

All rooms have private bathrooms with shower. The size of the living space varies from singles to studios. The building is equipped with recreation areas with billiard tables, laundry, round-the-clock gym. Educational buildings, supermarkets, public organizations are within a five-minute walk.

Rooms are rented for 43-49 weeks. The cost of living - from 119 to 165 £.

  • Keiller Court

Double rooms in apartments designed for five or six apartments. The apartments are equipped with common living rooms, kitchens, two showers and toilets, guarded bicycle parking is available.

The rental period of the room is 44 weeks. The weekly fee is £118.50.

  • Merry Halls

It has standard rooms and apartments with bathrooms. The building has shared kitchens, laundry facilities and seating areas.

Rooms can be rented for a minimum of 10 months at a cost of £ 115-126 per week.

  • Old Mill

This building is an architectural monument with a modern renovated space inside. Room sizes range from small studios to six-bedroom apartments. Common are living rooms, lounges with tennis and billiards, parking, laundry.

You can stay here for 46 or 50 weeks. Weekly rental prices range from £110 to £230 depending on the length of stay and room type.

Activities Abertay University

Sport at Abertay University is one of the most important parts of every student's university life. The institution organizes the work of more than twenty sports clubs: football, rugby, skydiving, frisbee, dancing and much more. Most clubs compete in inter-university sports leagues, and some compete at the city level.

The university is located in the center of Dundee, all academic buildings are a couple of steps from each other. The main buildings - Old College and Kydd Building - are located in the Bell Street complex, built around the university library.

The institution is located in four buildings. They are equipped with lecture classes, specialized laboratories, sports and computer rooms, a cafeteria, recreation areas.

A large gym has been prepared for sports activities: 14 cardiovascular equipment, 15 power stations, several rooms for wrestling, yoga and other sports.

The academic year consists of three semesters. Most programs include modules that are different at each stage of training. Master's programs are held entirely online.

Scholarships Abertay University

The Abertay International Scholarship is an award of up to £12,000 for new international undergraduate students. This scholarship is awarded as a deduction of £3,000 from the annual tuition fee. 

Scholarship programs also encourage students who are successful in studies, sports and social life. For students who are especially interested in their specialty, subject scholarships are provided in the amount of 1500 £ per year.
